Return Policy\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Les Bijoux d'Angeli. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer you the option to return your item under the conditions outlined below.<\/span><\/p>

Return Conditions:<\/b><\/p>

  1. Legal Withdrawal Period:<\/b>
    <\/b> In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Item Condition:<\/b>
    <\/b> Products must be returned in their original condition \u2013 unworn, undamaged, unaltered \u2013 and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Legal Exclusions:<\/b>
    <\/b> Customized items (engraving, made-to-order) and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return, unless a defect is found.<\/span>
    <\/span> Items made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).<\/span><\/li>
  4. Withdrawal Procedure:<\/b>
    <\/b> To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement (e.g., letter sent by post, fax, or email) before the 14-day period expires.<\/span>
