  2. Scope
     These terms and conditions apply to all sales made on our website and through our direct contact points. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms.
  3. Products and Services
     Les Bijoux d'Angeli offers wholesale and retail jewelry, including custom-made creations.
     Standard products are described with their essential characteristics.
     Custom creations require prior approval via a quotation.
  4. Prices
     Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs.
     For international orders, customs duties and local taxes may apply.                        
    In the event of a manifest typographical error or a price clearly inconsistent with the actual market value of the product, Les Bijoux d’Angeli reserves the right to cancel any order, even after confirmation and payment. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed and refunded in full.
  5. Orders
     An order is considered confirmed after email confirmation and receipt of the initial payment for orders requiring a quotation.

     Payments can be made by:

  • Installments (subject to approval)
  1. Delivery
     Delivery times for custom jewelry are 4 to 6 weeks, as our creations are made by expert artisans in India.
     A signature is required upon receipt to ensure the security of your order.
  2. Right of Withdrawal
     In accordance with Article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, customized products are not eligible for withdrawal. Standard products can be returned within 14 days following receipt.
  3. Warranties and Liability
     Our jewelry benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and against hidden defects.
  4. Personal Data
     Data collected is used solely for order management. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, modify, and delete your data.
  5. Applicable Law and Disputes
     These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action.
