Return Policy  

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Les Bijoux d'Angeli. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer you the option to return your item under the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions:

  1. Legal Withdrawal Period:
     In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs.
  2. Item Condition:
     Products must be returned in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, unaltered – and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return.
  3. Legal Exclusions:
     Customized items (engraving, made-to-order) and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return, unless a defect is found.
     Items made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
  4. Withdrawal Procedure:
     To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement (e.g., letter sent by post, fax, or email) before the 14-day period expires.

  5. Return of Items:
     Products must be sent back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
     The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipment.
  6. Refund:
     In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (additional charges for express delivery will not be refunded), within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of shipment.
     The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
  7. Legal Guarantee:
     All our products are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, allowing you to return defective or non-compliant items.
